There is a common underlying reason why people lack confidence or self esteem. Most people would like to have more confidence in a particular area of their life; personally or professionally. This can be in their relationships, at work, by themselves or even when communicating with others.
Developing real confidence that lasts requires two things from us. Firstly, to understand ourselves and who we actually are, and secondly, to become more aware of how well we relate to the past, and towards those other people in our lives.
Everyone has low self-esteem from time to time, but if we don’t have a strategy for shaking it off the moment it arrives, we can end up living disempowered lives where we’re ruled by our emotions instead of us being in control of the process. Nobody wants to live life this way.
Confidence comes from competence. Competence comes from repetition. Repetition happens when you interpret failure in a positive way (positive affirmations to create good beliefs). Others can have confidence in you only when you are confident in yourself.
